Ready to being the process? Getting your property listed is simple with SSPC Residential.

Here Are The Steps To Complete

1. Click here to download the LANDLORD QUESTIONNAIRE. Fill it out so we can gather all the pertinent information about the home you want to list.

2. Provide us six or more good photos of your property that you believe will show your property in a positive light and help to attract prospective tenants. If you don’t have photos, let us know, and we can arrange to have them taken.

3. Email all items back to broker@sspchicago.com or fax to 866-839-2312

We will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your potential listing and help you make a determination if it makes sense to move forward. If you decide that you’d like to proceed, we will send you a listing agreement to execute and prepare an ad for you to proof so we can begin marketing your property immediately from there.
